At the beginning of March, Seda Voca, one of the choirs I am a part of, went to Jazz Contest and received a gold rating. Our set consisted of Till There Was You by Meredith Wilson (Arranged by Kirby Shaw), Chili Con Carne by The Real Group (Music and Lyrics by Anders Edenroth), and Sing, Sing, Sing by Louis Prima (Arranged by Anita Cracauer). Release celebrations were held in Toronto and Ottawa as a full quartet, the co-leaders of this new group also performed two soft-release shows as a duo on 7 & 8 October 2022 at The Barrington Steakhouse & Oyster Bar in Halifax, N.S. THERMO is a new & exciting jazz project co-led by jazz piano player, Mike Manny and jazz guitarist, Nathan Hiltz.
