Metal is one of my most favorite genres of music so being in this band is so much fun! So far we have played 6 gigs and we have our 7th one booked for March 21st. We used to play all covers but now we are beginning to combine some originals in the setlist. Lauren Grace ComptonJust got the results from my final MMEA Solo and Ensemble performance as a high schooler…… I earned the highest rating of superior of Chaminade’s Concertino, the same piece my mom played for her final solo and ensemble performance. After 8 years and twelve total flute solo and ensemble performances, I’ve grown so much as a musician. I couldn’t have selected a better final piece, and I cannot wait to see where my flute takes me in college!

Pictures from 2024 are posted below. The first BIG aviation event of 2024 is fast approaching – Sun ‘n Fun – April 9 – 15, 2024. The Light Aircraft Manufacturers Association (LAMA) is happy to support the Flying Musicians in the LSA Mall in Paradise City during Sun ‘n Fun. We will be under the blue Star-Tent provided by the DeLand Airport. The stage this year is provided by the Midwest LSA Expo. The Sound System provided by BOSE will be powered by Honda with an Eu2200i generator. Sennheiser and SONY microphones will be available as will AirTurn mic stands.
